SEO techniques that are based on Google's SEO Articles ( part 3 )

Making a good URL
Same as those already discussed above, ie keywords in the URL will also determine the page position in search engines. Suppose you make an article about cherry blossoms, it's better to use the URL:

http://your-web.com/
cherry blossoms/

than

http://your-web.com/p?12
URL will appear in search results (SERP) and are often used by people as text links that lead to that page.
Search Suggestions:

* Using the URL in the form of words or sentences.

* Create a directory structure (like a folder in windows) is simple.

* One page only has one URL.
Common mistakes in SEO that should be avoided:

* URLs are too long, too general, or too many repeats of keywords.

* Create a complex directory structure or nothing to do with the content.

* Mixed up the URL, sometimes with the www prefix, sometimes without the www.

Sometimes with the suffix "/", sometimes not. Should be consistent.

* Using a combination of capital and lowercase letters, should only lowercase letters.
